BIG U.S. Banks The BIGGEST Crooks Ever? Yes!

Are major banks such as Bank of America, J.P. Morgan Chase, HSBC, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual and others ‘legalized crooks’? Depending on who you ask, the right answer would be a resounding “YES!” Since their very existence, big banks have been committing fraudulent practices without any consequences for decades.

Stick it to Wall Street, big U.S. banks and incompetent politicians in Washington! Buy a copy of Ronald’s book, Stick it to The Man! Stand up against domestic terrorism by Washington and ruling elite!

From the Great Depression to the current credit crunch, big banks have been responsible for many of America’s hardships.

Let the following video be a reminder of how banks function and operate. Once America is “mad as hell,” Americans will no longer accept the myth of the bank. Freedom is power, if you so desire it.

Update: Wells Fargo, J.P. Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Flagstar, Huntington and several other large banks have all made multiple visits to this post. It’s pretty ironic that these banks are flocking in so many numbers to read the truth about their fraudulent and unconstituional practices.

I would suggest they also read these other recent posts about their fraudulent industry: Are Most Bank Foreclosures Illegal and Without Merit? and Money: Made from “Thin Air” (The Credit River Decision).

Update: The big banks are now inviting all of their industry friends via LinkedIn to read this entry. While they’re at it, they should read this one, too! More are on the way. I guess they really care about their reputation as ‘crooks’ and ‘thieves’. They’ve surely earned it!

Bank of the West should be on the list! I have paid 175.00 in overdraft fees since the beginning of the year (yes 12 days ago) because I had a debit transaction clear putting 1.96 under the day before I deposited 100.00. They held 2 checks and returned them charging me fees on them (and didn’t even show they had returned the checks until I asked) and charged me a fee for a check they got the day before I deposited the money but didn’t post until the day the money went in so the payment showed as cleared AFTER deposit, but I got stuck with a fee. Because of those fees I was charged more fees for the gas I got the day I put money in my acct not knowing I already had 4 fees waiting for me, so there was a 5th! Absolutely ridiculous! And were they willing to help? Of course not. Buncha crooks, just take my money and run! Boycott Banks! Pay in cash!!!

  2. Pissed Off Bank Of America Customer says:

I had inadvertently bounced a check for $1500 hundred dollars. I thought I did, my account was short by at least a couple hundred dollars. Did Bank of America charge me the bounced check fee? No!! Instead they paid the check putting my account in the hole by over $200. Why? They make more money when my account is over drawn than they would if they simply charged me a bounced check charge. What makes matters worse is I was ready to pay the bounced check charged. So, I wrote a smaller check to my landlord. Now I’ll probably be over $1100 in the hole when this whole mess is done. All toll, so that Bank of America can make some extra cash off me. That’s why so many folks take advantage of the Banks crooked practices. I was told by one bank customer that they’ve written checks when they knew they didn’t have the money and the bank put them through. America is all about power and money. If you don’t have either your just out of luck.

Bank of America has been charging my mother a three dollars check image fee since 2011. She does not need this service and she has requested BofA to drop the service and refund the three dollar fee. I am her son and my name is on the account. I worked with BofA to remove the charge and reimburse my mother for the fee. The three dollar charge was initially removed and I thought it had been taken care. I recently reviewed my mother’s account and I found that the three dollar charge had reappeared. As it turns out this three dollar charge reappeared more than a year ago. I contacted the Cocoa Village Branch manager today. I was told that the maximum refund I can expect is six dollars.
I informed the Branch Manager that we would be closing all of our accounts and taking our business elsewhere. He seemed totally indifferent to my complaint and plan to relocate my accounts.
At the time of my discovery of the three dollar check image fee I also noted that BofA was charging several other unknown charges to my mother’s account. I asked BofA to explain one of these charges and they could not do so. They asked that we get back with them in a few days to determine what the charge was for. I called back a few days later and I was informed that the charge had been removed and my mother’s account had been credited for the charge. BofA could not explain what the charge was and no explanation was forthcoming as to what the charge was for.
I am confident that many people are charged for services that they do not request and do not need. Many people trust a bank to take care of business and just don’t question charges and fees the pop up. My mother is 85 years old and it is becoming more and more difficult for her to manage her finances.
I cannot help but think that BofA is taking advantage of a number of people and reaping the benefits for fees the people do not want or need.

High cost of heating oil and gasoline? Morgan Stanley IS I.C.E. futures, and ICE is completely unregulated, so, despite our having bailed them out, along with the other big 5 bigest and crookedest banks, they continue to suck the marrow from our bones.

Keeping money in a matress has certain risks, but handing it over to crooks has larger ones. “Banker” is a synonym for “Crook,” and as long as the regulators are the bankers’ cronys and drinking buddies, they will be “enabled” to continue with their crooked ways. Oh, and lets not forget “buying Congresspeople and Senators. Of the Corporation, by the Corporation and for the Corporation.
