Don’t Penalize Me, Bro (My Google PageRank Tanked)
To my disappointment tonight, I discovered that Google hammered my PageRank from 6 to 4 — I don’t even sell text link ads. I’m just a humble guy in Denver who blogs and is working to make a living from social media (to date, I’ve only made about $300 from Google AdSense over a two year period — Does that sound evil to you?).
I can understand penalizing John Chow (he’s an evil, very evil blogger…okay, I’m just kidding, but he says so himself), but my web site? It doesn’t make much sense.
Well, life goes on, gang. I won’t allow a corporate establishment to dictate the importance of my brand, content or passion.
