Time To File Class-Action Lawsuits Against Chase, Other U.S. Banks

Fed up with big U.S. banks? Join the ‘Break The Bank‘ movement on September 10th, 2010!

Goldman Sachs isn’t the only rotten apple on Wall Street. They weren’t alone in defrauding investors and America. JP Morgan Chase, along with other major U.S. banks, have made billions in ‘deceptive fees’ in the form of real-time mobile alerts, ‘selective transaction’ postings and other tactics.

For example, Chase’s real-time mobile alerts — until recently — weren’t exactly real-time. Overdraft alerts in the past were always sent the following business day. This feature wasn’t designed with the account holder in mind — only the bank. To their credit, the banks recently changed their deceptive practices. Unfortunately, they didn’t do this for you and me. Oh, no, it took the threat of legislation to change their dirty ways.

Another deceptive tactic employed by Chase and other U.S. banks is selective transaction posting. The banks essentially cherry-picked transactions to levy overdraft fees, choosing to post larger purchases first over smaller ones. How’s that for siphoning your money?

Of course, Wall Street and the banks will all deny any wrongdoing, but the facts clearly show otherwise. After trillions in taxpayer bailouts, and billions in deceptive fees, it’s time for U.S. banks to have their day in court, too.

Chase back wrecked my credit score in theo months that took 20 years to build .
I’ve never been late, carried balences below 50% of credit limits and sued my cards .
After 15 years of not being late with any payments they cut my limits in half on all my cards
adversly lowering my credit score. Then when I tried to buy a prius the finance person asked me why my score was so low . I said it’s around 750 . She said no , it’s 649
I was shocked !!! So I called chase and they said I was a risky card holder.
After getting off the phone the lady then cut my cards even more .
Causing 100.00 availible on one , 300 on another and 1000.00 on the next
that max’s out the cards . The only recourse I had was to cancel them before they raised my rates
, charged me over limit fees and called the cops or something

I had a balence on one chase card of

4000.00 with an availible credit of 8000.00

    after cutting the card

I now have a 4100.00 balence with an availible credit of 4200.00

this has wrecked my credit !!!

They did the same to all three cards

All the while never being late on any bill ever since I started my credit career

Thanks for wrecking my credit score chase.

I’ve sinced , closed every chase account I had

Do I have any rights ? Can I sue chase ?
Do people know this is how chase does business ?
We bailed out the banks ?

    Ok .

But I just want my credit score back to where it was before chase
got involved with my life. It’s completly not fair at all

Should be against the law !!!
