I am amazed by how many people are searching for information about CNBC’s Erin Burnett. I’ve only blogged about her on three separate occasions, and the hits continue to roll in.

Her ignorant comments are the hidden problem. A while back, during the credit crunch, she was interviewing two market “experts”. One guest described the SIV and CDO holdings of major financial institutions as ” a cancer on the financial system.” the other guest said that he was not as worried. Erin summed it up brilliantly by asking the second guest ” So you don’t see this as a cancer but more as just a zit”.

Where is the catagory “why I can’t stand Erin Burnett?” ? Really, we have enough beautiful women on T.V. (some are even REAL reporters/journalists), what’s missing is some intelligence and brains under that thick head of hair. She’s in favor of poisoning our children with lead and chemicals as long as clueless, selfish, unsafisticated Americans can buy their junk at Walmart for a cheap price! She stated that we must tollerate lead in toys and poison in our food and not make demands on China that would back-fire on the US, because they are our best friend. I know we haven’t been too popular amongst the “out-side” world since Bush became our “decider”, but to refer to a country who’s poisoning us as our best friend?!?! Unbelievable that she’s even given air time to spew such nonsense!!

Erin Burnett is smart, beautiful, and probably makes a pretty penny as well. What’s there not to like? I’m married and I still can’t get enough of her when she’s on. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not planning on stalking the lady or anything like that, but as the saying goes, “I’m married, not dead.”
