Since last night, there’s been a flurry of activity surrounding my recent video about an encounter with a theater employee at Regal Cinemas.
Both TechCrunch and ValleyWag attracted a critical audience to this minute-long video that I’m neither proud of or happy about. I certainly went into this with a different mindset and figured that people would side with me, but that wasn’t the case. Furthermore, I never expected this video to even garner any coverage, but here we are.
I’ve always done my best to make others feel valued and appreciated in my presence, and in this case, I failed. I took offense to a portion of my life which I’m quite passionate about, and know that my passion runs deep for anything I dedicate my life to. I cannot be stubborn and feel justified in my actions because of my passion or the wrongdoings and disappointments I’ve faced in life and with people. Thus, I concede that I’m wrong and admit to my error. I will personally apologize to Bryanna in person this week and make the video available within this post.
This is perhaps the toughest thing ever in life to do, but I think I’ll rest easier knowing I’ve made the right decision.

Theater employees, like any other job, have varying shifts. This is something which must be scheduled. Thus, I can’t just “get my butt down there” and “do it straight away.”
Hang on a second. Rather that saying that you will apologise to Bryanna and then put up a video of it, why don’t you just get your butt down there and do it straight away?
Do you even know whether she’s aware of all the fuss?

I should have stuck to criticizing your actions or just kept my opinions to myself rather than criticizing you as a person. I, like most people that watched the clip, became outraged at your treatment of that girl, and I responded by calling you names. For that, I apologize.
No one deserves to be treated a) the way Bryanna was treated by you, and b) the way you were treated by so many people in the flame war that erupted in response to your video.
